his magic behind the scenes, Chef John Schatz has overseen the kitchens
of some sophisticated eateries in the Philadelphia / South Jersey area,
including our other restaurant in Cape May - the critically acclaimed
and multiple awards winning Union Park Dining Room. The restaurant
attracts families and friends with the promise of traditional dishes
prepared in innovative ways. Its warm and inviting space, unpretentious
